A: Yes. It is OK in normal condition, but it cannot be identified under abnormal conditions such as low vehicle voltage or no battery. When this happens, you need to activate the OVERRIDE MODE manually , please see USING OVERRIDE MODE.

A: In normal condition, a full charge, the unit can start about 65 times for 12V vehicles and 40 times for 24V vehicles.

3. Q: How long does it take to charge this product?

A: It need about 1 hours if use the original 29V AC adaptor.

4. Q: How many times can this product charge the phone?

A: It depend on the capacity of the phone battery. Take a example, a full charge， the unit can charge about 13 times for iPhone12.
